Where do you ship to?
- We deliver to MAINLAND GB only
- Includes England, Scotland and Wales, including all of the Great Britain landmass and including land connected by road / rail (such as Skye and Anglesey) but not including islands accessible only by water / air transport.
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland.
- We cannot accept international orders.
How much is postage?
- Standard delivery- £3.95 (2-3 business days)
- Free delivery on orders over £40
- Shipping costs will automatically be calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- We will always aim to get your order delivered to you within 7 working days from receipt of your order. Please allow a few extra days for orders placed around Bank Holidays. Some areas of Wales and Scotland including the Scottish Highlands may take longer.
- Delivery times are given as an estimate only and no liability will be accepted for any loss or damage caused through late delivery or non-delivery.
- If delivery has been attempted by our courier and your parcel has been returned to us, we are unable to re-send your parcel free of charge.
- Postage fees will need to be paid in advance by you before a returned order can be sent.
How long do the treats last?
- Please use within 4 weeks of opening.
Are they safe for puppies or kittens?
- All of our treats are safe from 12 weeks of age unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Our complete food is for specific life stages, please take note of this on each of the product pages.
Are all treats grain free?
- Yes, all of our treats and complete food is grain and gluten free.
Do the treats contain any preservatives or additives?
- All of our treats and chews are preservative and additive free.
Is your peanut butter dog safe?
- 100% yes!
- Our peanut butter is xylitol and palm oil free, no added sugar, just 100% pure peanuts.
Why do you not offer treats or complete feed with Chicken?
- Chicken is a high allergen for many dogs. It can be the cause of digestive issues and skin issues, therefore we prefer not to include it in any of our products.
Where are the treats and complete food made?
- Our handcrafted treats are made in our feed registered kitchen in Suffolk, UK.
- Our complete food, other treats and chews are made in the UK.
What is the correct complete food for my dog and how do I transition them over to a new food?
- We would always advise to contact us direct, using one of the methods on our website as every dogs need is individual.
