RETURNS POLICY

Boo's Barking Bakery strives to give the best products, service and quality at all times.

If you find your purchase to be faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order, we will be pleased to arrange a full refund or replacement.

Please keep the damaged goods in the original packaging, as they were found to be upon receipt of delivery. Please provide us with a photo of the damaged goods, so this can be passed onto our delivery company.

Please do not return the goods to us if they are damaged.

We offer a full refundable guarantee for unopened and unused items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please call or email within 7 days to arrange a return.

All goods returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
